Did you miss this one? Due to lots of interest in this workshop on June 28, this is a repeat day for everyone who wanted to come but couldn't because of holidays.
In this workshop you will learn how to completely change the vibe and feel of a room using two gentle but very powerful approaches for uplifting an atmosphere and releasing any tension you can feel in the air.
1. understand what energy work consists of and when, how and why to use it to
- clear out stagnant or negative energies
- release old, stuck vibrations
- re-set the space for fresh energy to flow
- consciously create a space that is safe and welcoming
2. learn how to emanate a peaceful and benevolent atmosphere from within yourself that can help others feel safe and at ease
- centre yourself and radiate warmth and calm from your mind, body and heart
- shift your attention away from mental chatter to embodied presence
- explore the psychological and emotional aspects that people bring with them
